Eggs Studente

I have invented a breakfast!

Eggs Studente

  • One croissant
  • One egg
  • Butter
  • Rocket
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Poach the egg in slightly salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, warm the croissant with a quick zap in the microwave.
  3. Split the croissant and butter it lightly.
  4. Fill with the egg, add salt and pepper, and a handful of rocket.
  5. Enjoy your almost-posh breakfast.
