Eggs Studente
Ingredients:
- One croissant
- One egg
- Butter
- Rocket
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Poach the egg in slightly salted water.
- Meanwhile, warm the croissant with a quick zap in the microwave.
- Split the croissant and butter it lightly.
- Fill with the egg, add salt and pepper, and a handful of rocket.
- Enjoy your almost-posh breakfast.
